These terms apply to every purchase of a Mobile Preview Professional License made on this website.
2. Product
The Professional License unlocks the Pro features of the Mobile Preview extension for Visual Studio Code and compatible editors (Cursor, Windsurf, VSCodium…): all devices, unlimited landscape mode and the other features listed on the pricing page. It is a one-time purchase, for one person, usable on up to 3 devices, for the lifetime of the product, with all future updates included.
3. Price and Payment
The price is shown on the pricing page and on the payment page before you pay. It is a final price: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). Payment is handled by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods offered on the payment page). We never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery
Your license key is sent by email right after payment and is available in your dashboard. You activate it in the extension. If you did not receive it, write to us and we will send it again.
5. Right of Withdrawal: 14-Day Refund
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment, without giving any reason, by sending a clear statement to contact@lirobi.com (for example: “I withdraw from my purchase of the Mobile Preview Professional License”, with the email used to pay). We refund the full amount within 14 days, with the same payment method, and the license is deactivated.
6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code): if the Pro features do not work as described, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity, or, failing that, to a price reduction or a refund. For a one-time purchase, the guarantee lasts 2 years from delivery. Write to us with a description of the problem.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for indirect damage (such as loss of business) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a problem, please contact us first: we answer every message. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the competent courts.

Garantie légale de conformité : vous bénéficiez de la garantie légale de conformité des contenus numériques (art. L224-25-12 et suivants du Code de la consommation), pendant 2 ans à compter de la fourniture : mise en conformité ou, à défaut, réduction du prix ou remboursement.
Responsabilité : rien dans ces conditions ne limite vos droits de consommateur.
Litiges : droit français. Contactez-nous d'abord ; en tant que consommateur, vous conservez la protection des règles impératives de votre pays de résidence.
